Basware's insider guidelines comply with the Nasdaq Helsinki Guidelines for Insiders. The insider guidelines forbid insiders, including persons under their guardianship and companies where they exercise control, to trade in financial instruments, such as shares or option rights issued by the company, for a period of 30 days prior to the publication of an interim report or a financial statements bulletin (the so-called closed window).
On 3 July, 2016 Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR) and related rules and regulations have entered into force which has had an influence on Basware’s insider administration and insider registers as well as new obligations for insiders have been introduced. Basware’s managers and their closely associated persons referred to in the regulation are requested to notify their transactions as of 3 July, 2016, please find more information under the section Transactions by the management.
Following the regulation of 3 July, 2016, the insider register data below is based on the situation of 2 July, 2016 and as of this date, the data will not be updated.
